A Closer Peek at The Sunflower Community

Work has been steady at the site of The Sunflower over the past several months and it won’t be long until 50-60 women, gender-expansive folks, and moms and their children will move in. Housing like The Sunflower - affordable and accessible - has never been more needed in HRM. Soon, siding will be installed and the interiors completed and we’ll be handing over the keys to these beautiful, sustainable, truly affordable homes to people currently experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.
